Our work has now been completed to our satisfaction, consequently we withdraw previous comments expressing negativity with regard to the service provided.
This gentleman is now trading as Highland Bathroom Installation, we have a contract with him that is proving very difficult to get him to complete. The work at the beginning was very good but having paid him prior to him finishing the work he is now constantly fobbing us off with regard to completion. He has been paid for the works since July and is constantly giving promises for completion which he fails to honour.
1. He said he could fit a gas boiler for us and lied about being gas safe registered
2. He took our money and did not do the job
3. He is still trading in his vans with the same logo as before he went bankrupt
4. He gets his money paid to his wife's account so that you can't get anything back from him
5. We now have a list of 4 other people in our local town whom he has treated this way
