train sevices from gatwick today were a joke due to the wrong kind of weather we are all standing on platform 4 when an annoucment says there is a platform alteration the first capital connect service to london bridge will now depart from platform 1 there must have been about 150 passengers due to all the trains being disrupted we all get to platform 1 the train pulls in and the driver gets out and starts walking to the back of the train just as another announcment tells us this service is now cancelled a passenger starts to have a go at me as he thinks i work for them till i point out that i too am trying to get home after working at the airport since 4am so he starts on a train dispatcher that was about as much use as a wet paper bag in the wind he would'nt give a explanation a walked off so much for your customer service fcc it stinks i will stick to southern in future
