Ordered 2 items and website crashed just after payment. Called customer services and tried to order but rep twice entered credit card details incorrectly (credit card company confirmed this). Order never appeared and given different excuse every time I called. Finally I was told that order had been cancelled because the items were damaged. If I hadn't called I would have no idea what was going on. Also told that I would have to re-order again. So the customer service is poor, any information can be treated with a pinch of salt and I will never shop with them again.
