By chance I came across this site and whilst reading the blogs I recognised this company name immediately. I too used this company whilst studying for my degree in 2007. I ordered an expensive but necessary book from them as I found it difficult to get it anywhere else. I was eventually informed there would be a delay with the delivery and offered the option of cancelling the order. I chose to cancel but never received the £40 refund due to me. This company were very poor at communicating with me, and because I was busy with my studies, I unfortunately stopped chasing them. They were a very inefficient company to do business with and I wouldn't be surprised if they had gone out of business. Here's hoping!
