very bad customer service i have family that lives in eastbourne lewes etc and i called SOUTHERN TRAINS to send me all there train timetables.
they said we dont send train timetables out anymore and i asked them why but would they give me a answer NO
i asked them why they dont send them out and they could not give me a answer.
the other thing i said to them is if i miss the last train because they could not send me any train timetables out could they get me from where i was on there network (SOUTHERN TRAINS) to my home address by taxi guess what they said NO WE CANT so they would leave me stranded at a SOUTHERN RAIL TRAIN STATION until the next morning which is not very good customer service the customer service i got was very bad
NEVER TRAVEL WITH SOUTHERN VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
