having been bullied into doing an iva they charged me £750 then past my details on to another company,easy money if you can get away with it,very poor service cant get through on the fone and they dont do emails pathetic service in this current finacial climate rob the poor to make them poorer and get filth rich themselves,appalling company wont give refunds avoid at all cost

At long last, after 3 months of numerous phone calls and getting in touch with the Ombudsman and the fair trading people, i got my refund back. I have not got a refund back yet from yesloans, but they are on my list so go for it.
Do not use this company or YesLoans, they share the same address but both do not conform to the Supply and Goods and Services Act 1982. Trading Standards are contacting them on my behalf and i have also written numerous letters to them.
