I would recommend you stay well away from this company. I purchased their kitchen 2007. After 2 years, the shiny 'skin' on the doors started to peel away so I contacted the company about replacements. After several phone calls and letters over a year, I am no further. During one phone conversation I was told I was not the only one. I contacted Trading Standards who also wrote to the company to no avail. I now have 13 of the 15 doors with loose skins which catch every time I open the doors.
Just bought my first kitchen ever and was worried sick about all the bad things you read about all these dodgy companies. How plaesantly surprised I was when I bought one from Ultimate. The designer, Tony I think his name was,was very helpful and came up with some great ideas. Now the kitchen is fitted I am amazed what they have achieved. Thanks once again.
I really wanted to trust this company. The sales and design people were really dilligent and helpful, as were the fitters. The real issue came with the way they handle problems. This is where ultimate fall down badly. Once they have got the cash, its a long and lonely road ahead. Its a pity as the quality of product and design is well worth the price. Compared to the other big kitchen players, their stuff is equally as good. In summary, the kitchen is decent quality for the price, the fitters are pretty good, but the post payment customer service is not very good and its because of this that I wouldnt recommend to a friend or family. If they'd only pay more attention to customer service, Im sure they'd dominate the kitchen market as all their competitors are significantly more expensive
having bought several kitchens from local suppliers and been very unhappy i was very impressed with both the service and quality i received from the guys at ultimate kitchens.
i am so thrilled with my fab kitchen, overall fast efficient, and they get the job done. tothe standard that you would expect. would not hesitate to recommend tofriends and family or anyone looking to purchase a kitchen. thanks ultimate.
