yes i agree that is a member of staff. i too thought they were very good, till i fell one week behind on repaying, i contacted them, explained the situation and they agreed to my repayment schedule, they then however proceeded to take out whatever was going into my bsank, for example loan repayment 200 pounds, 110 pounds into my bank they took it out, 4 times they took money out, totalling 380 pounds, way over what i owed. i eventually had to change my bank account. Also on contacting them after one hour on hold and then security checks the operator said and i qoute.. wheres my money??? shocking!
hhhhmmmmm think you might be slightly telling porky pies. worked for them long have you ? ....the interest rates ( as stated on the website ) is 2689 % !!!
This company is a responsible lender who aim to place your loan funds in to your bank account within hours. I completed the application form and had the funds in my account within 3 hours. The interest rate is reasonable and they have really helped us over a tricky period.
