copy enote sent to ebuyer
i must say in view of all the messing around that there has been i shall be posting some serious negative feedback re ebuyer. If we mess up on a customer's order- let alone peddle faulty goods - in my business we show largesse and make the customer happy even if we end up losing a few pounds on a particular transaction.
If you lot had any gumption whatsoever you would replace the faulty item that was sent out to me with one even if the item you sent out cost you a good bit more than the one which had been offered for sale - and which proved to be faulty.
you were very lucky that the faulty item which was sparking didnt burst into flames in which case you could have been looking at a damages claim running into hundreds of thousand pounds. If anything you ought to making a serious gesture to me for bringing to your attention that these goods are potential firetraps. Just ask toyota what it costs to sell faulty goods!
verdict : small minded trader. you will loose more than you gain by the way you have dealt with me on this
Graham at Ebuyer was not helpful when I phoned about a damaged P.V.Recorder that I received last week. It had a broken viewing card flap
I said if they could get me a new flap I could fit it on myself.I said that I couldn't find an email address for the company (Bush) and they couldn't find one either or put me onto anyone I could deal with
Not helpful at all!
I shall be worried if I deal with them again.
