Basically I order a bracelet end of november, i recieved it, but they did not give me the size i ordered. It was a christmas gift for my daughter. I took the bracelet back On the 28/12/09 Till this day 26/01/10 I am still waiting for my daughters bracelet...They will not refund me and to make matters worse, the staff are rude and very unorganized....This is by far the worse shop i have ever visited. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO RECIEVE YOUR ITEM
