buoght a 3 piece suite 5 mounths ago faulty arm on the sofa,not enough fibre inside asked dfs in chester if they could do anythink about it,they sent out a service adviser who came out and beat up my sofa and made it worse than it was before he got here,he said he was a qualified upholstery expert i think he was lieing semi pro boxer more like he went to town on the arm of the sofa like you would when having a fight with your worst enemy,it was clear to see he didnt have a clue,the arm was still the same but now worse than before,i then phoned dfs to ask the manager if dfs could do anythink else to help me,i mite aswel of had a conversation with a plank of wood this guy didn't have a clue, its clear to see that when you buy a product from dfs you are waisting your money so hey people don't do it go elswhere,the only option i have left is to go through trading standards witch i am doing at the moment,myself and my partner are totaly angered by dfs and the team of incompitent jumped up none qualified lack of skills people they have working there,dfs take your money and laugh at you please people don't make the same mistake we have.
