So, I don't really know where to start with my comments about my experience with this company.
I ordered a phone online; the phone was confirmed and I forwarded my shipping information etc. and once the seller received this information, they sent me the information for money transfer through westrn union. I sent my money and it was picked up the same day. When I emailed the seller the next day for shipping information etc. they told me that they do not ship only one item to other countries and that I would have to buy 2 more phones and send them another $450USD. I did not need or want 2 more phones and advised that if they couldn't ship the one phone that I ordered to please give me a refund. It states right on their website "Satisfaction guaranteed. Full money back". They then informed me that I would have to pay $100USD for a refund. I was shocked and frustrated. After calling the number on the website a few times, we finally got a man who barely spoke english, and who just kept repeating "Email, Email". When we tried to call a couple of days later the phone was disconnected. I looked up the address listed on the website and it is linked to a furniture company in the UK.
I "spoke" with someone over instant messenger, but, also to no avail. The conversation was very confusing, through broken english, and repeated demands to "just send $450USD and we will ship your phones" this happened a few times over messenger and email along with a lot of "lol" from the seller and then the final conversation on messenger ending with the seller telling me "I will send men to dismantle your house with guns".
I will never again do any kind of business with any kind of online company who I have not thoroughly researched first and who is not listed with some kind of Better Business Bureau equivalent....
And trust me, this review is very tame and conservative compared to what I really want to say about this "company".
