Had the unfortunate task of dealing with this company. Made an online enquiry, they replied and had the parts so phoned them and paid and irdered the part i needed. What they did not inform me was that i could not return the part. Under the distant selling regulation 2000 you can when ordering a part over the phone or via the net, retur the part in 7 days and obtain a full refund. Middlesex tuning do not follow the regulation. Have sent them 3 registered letters, no responce. They will not deal with the query via the phone. They do not follow there own customer charter or complaint process.
Since i complained to them they have now added a section re the distant selling law 2000.
All beware of this company as they are very devious and are not truthful.
