When I applied, they lost my application paperwork (including copies of passport and utility bills) three times.
They then sent correspondance to the wrong address.
Then sent no statements at all.
Tried to register for online portal, received message claiming cardholder name and date of birth incorrect.
Called to investigate - apparently their systems have completely incorrect information recorded about my card (according to them, I don't know my own date of birth, address or mother's maiden name).
Only way to resolve is for me to spend time and money writing to them and sending my documents for the 4th time.
Not impressed - am tied to this card by my company policy on expenses otherwise I wouldn't go within a million miles of them. Avoid!
