Very questionable investment ethics and a deplorable attitude to customers.
This company has recommended to me three 'highly researched' property investments. Investments that were, in their words, "little nuggets of gold".
The first one was supposed to be worth £250,000 with a rental income of £1200pcm. True value on completion £160,000 with a rental income of £670pcm.
1st Asset's fee (1st Property as they were called then) circa £7000.
Second investment: two flats on the Ipswich Marina, in a 2 year development.
This turned out to be a 4 year development, which I was never interested in (but property prices will only go up even more! they said...er, housing crash anyone?) Would they return my fees? No chance.
Legal action looms.
I'm owed £13000 on this one.
DO NOT go near this company. They are only interested in collecting your fees and 'to hell wih you' after that. Their 'advice' is worthless and will only lose you your money.
