This organisation introduce their cd' and dvd's as recent releases which are sold at leading supermarkets at rrp £4.99/£5.99. They tell you that the goods are SOR at any time.
The goods are misdescribed, not current whatsoever i.e. DVD "The 3 musketeers" and CD "Elvis".The do not disclose the 12month clause at any time. They miss sell. They tell you that you have been chosen from a list of 8 local shops and that they will call you every 6 wks to ensure you are happy.
When you call them within the four week period they tell you what you want to hear and then they drop the bombshell that the goods have to be kept for a minimum of 12 months after which time they will exchange the goods.
Having spoken to a local shop today, it transpired that they had the very same problem as me.
