This company has contacted twice in the last month pretending I have already authorised an advert with them. (Usually for a charity type publication). They claim they have a voice recording of me giving authorisation, but have never produced this despite my requests. I am the only one in charge of our advertising and I keep very tight control on it, and I know I have not authoriosed this advert. They are suspiciously evasive about their company name, address and wont give me their phone number or post code.
I believe that they are trying to trick me into buying an advert that I dont want and have never authorised.
If I am wrong, will they please send me the voice recording of me authorising the advert and I will unreservedly apologise to them.
I wont hold my breath!!
