I had a telephone call off a company called Credit Management. They rang my house where I had to wait for a operator. When a man called Christopher who was very rude stated I have to pay a lump sum or court action will follow. The man contacted me asking for credit or debit card details. BECAREFUL: I contacted Severn Trent direct who said to me that their was NO on-screen notes stating I had any communication with them today. The lady told me to becareful, and Severn Trent do not do this improper approach to customers. The lady at Severn Trent reset my payment plan. Becareful that companies and fraudsters do not contact you. Severn Trent customer services can be contacted on 08457-500-500. This other company was called Complete Credit Management,as per the rude man called Christopher told me they were called. becareful.
