Have been with them for 18 months.. The only problems then were having to wait ages on the line to speak to somone. Now they have automated payments i have twice now had problems paying and being charged for it.. try and pay online and their are always issues with that and now my new card is 10 days late. They have no email to complain to, and only overseas people who are just so over polite.. Account is now being closed.. since they have changed their set up, Capital have really been hard to deal with, utter shame
