This company are just a pack of bullies who will resort to any tactic to try and obtain money from you. they will lie, threaten and use any method to try and obtain money from you. I can prove they have lied and a complaint is being prepared for the FOS. They are, the very worst example of Corporate arrogance and deciept I have ever come across.

I have had similar probelms with these rude people trying to be scary. I just called them today after getting a snotty cold call asking for my partner when i asked who it was all i got was MDR and they put the phone down. I called them up and got through to what must have been the most snotty stuck up cow in history. Who asked why i was calling when it was nothing to do with me. She didnt much like it when i said i wanted to complain about them bullying my partner who has 2 months left till she gives birth. I asked for a copy of their terms and conditions and said i will pay no more than 20 pound a month as my company (woolies) when bust and im now trying to survive on benefits. She then decided to say "Why the hell would we give you our terms and conditions. I informed her im well within my rights to ask for this and she then says we dont have terms and conditions. I said to her i would like to offer a payment of 20 pounds a month only to be be informed that its impossible as ive been contacted more than one funny how i only got 1 letter and phone call from them.

Had an ongoing dispute with T Mobile (nightmare!) over a mobile phone contract cancelled at its expiration in October. I rang, emailed and wrote cancelling but the bills kept coming despite the fact that i didn't use the phone.
Moorcroft got involved - and they are diabolical. Unprofessional, aggressive and downright rude. My account with T Mobile was cleared in January 2010 following a lot of negotiation.
This afternoon (24 March) I received a phone call from a very aggressive young woman at Moorcroft saying I owed them #12 for late payment fees. After I had stopped laughing I pointed out that I had confirmation from T Mobile that I owe nothing further. She said it was their admin fee to which I said they could shove it and hung up - I am so sick of this company and the hassle. Been back on to TMobile who confirm that I owe Moorcroft NOTHING and they will contact them direct. I am currently waiting on an Experian credit report to make sure that Moorcroft haven't registered anything against me. I have written to T Mobile suggesting they use a different company ... I have to say you would have to be fairly desperate for a job to work for the likes of Moorcroft.
But basically don't let them hassle you into paying something you don;'t owe.
