We bought a dog that came with 2 weeks free insurance through petplan and ever since the 2 weeks have been up we had a barrage of sales calls from idiots who cant even pronounce my surname ( its pronounced exactly like its spelt ) . Over 30 calls from them so hence to say i got quotes from other companies and they were the dearest by a mile .I can only assume the sales they get come from heavy handed seales reps on commission . I for one will not go near companies who nees to use these tactics
