I took mobile phone insurance out through phones 4 u. a day later a company called saying they where my insurance suplyer and that my premiums had been reduced, the had all my details and only needed my security code witch i stupidly gave them, the next day £45 had been taken out of my bank. i tried to call them but for weeks there was no answer, once i finally got through they said i agreed it all, played a recording back to me of the conversation on hung up. i feel this was cut to sound like somethig els.
i know i was stupid to give them anything but when i tryed to cancel the guy "ryan" told me he could put half the money back. a few weeks later it was still not in so i rang and he said you did no chase the money so we thought you still wanted cover!!
the only company whoi could have given them this was Phones 4 u.
