I ordered spark plugs and spark plug tool via the online store...BOTH STATED, 'IN STOCK READY FOR DISPATCH'
Spark plugs arrived after nearly a week - but no tool...BUT INVOICE SAYS NOTHING ABOUT TOOL - IT JUST SAYS 'ORDER COMPLETE'??!!@@**
I rang them..."someone will ring you back"...nobody did...
2 days later I rang again..."someone will ring you back"...nobody did (see the patterns emerge before your very eyes!)
FIFTEEN DAYS AFTER ORDERING I email them asking what the heck is going on, why has nobody rung me back and please can I have a refund....
Get reply - yes we'll refund you....nearly
ONE MONTH LATER...STILL NO REFUND...AGGHH!
So if you want QUICK car parts or you want to deal with a well run and organised company - STAY AWAY FROM EUROCARPARTS.COM
