I bought a bunch of tiles from the company - when it came to tiling I was short of x 2 tiles only. Panicked - I called the customer help and asked if they could recommend where I might get a couple of tiles? The girl on the line told me quite coldly - with absolutely no customer concern - that she didn't know. Her response and manner very different from her friendly manner PRIOR to the sale.
