Contacted them last week about continuous threats of court action relating to account in dispute with original company. Told by original company not going to court, told by 1st credit will not be taken to court for such a small ammount.
Still they send thratening letters saying court action. They are also aware of my condition and supposedly told they will have a vulnerable person team contact me in writing about this. Didnt receive anything and letters still came so I rang again and told them isnt the fos supposedly keeping an eye over you for similar practice and told we dont listen to the fos, we listen to the client. Words from their female rep.
Spoke to another rep and said is this so what told by woman, as would explain why not heared from vulnerable person team. Not the case he said we will stop the letters and get the dept to contact in writing. Heared nothing again.
Today get another threat and rang to say supposedly not going to court, agreed they said, so why the threat. Told them to read previous notes and asked was this supposed dept actually going to contact me, told on hold and refering to original company!!!
Does this dept exist?
Told once heard from original company will get back in touch again and I bet it will be a threat again.
The original company incidently are aware of my condition and didnt pass the info to people supposedly acting on their behalf.
How can they justify me querying their letter dates as sent on the date I was told no more threats would come by saying they are printed in advance of that date.
Would that not give the impression of them posting multiple letters to intimidate, without the chance to respond before anther one is on the way. Told admin error.
I notice when on another matter ringing after receiving a letter after the contact us by date had passed. They showed little sympathy for the fact it may have took a while in the post, didnt say what their procedures were then when I pointed out this letter had a frank mark on it a week later than the date of the letter inside. told probably admin error.
So 1st credit if reading this how do you deal with already known mentally ill customers, without pushing them to the edge of suicide, could you tell me, because I wonder wether you are making it up as you go along when queried as to your actions.
ps. You told me not going to court due to ammount of account, original company told me not going to court and disputed as their error int the first place. Isnt it against the guidelines relating to your credit license behaving this way. Remember your rep, we dont listen to the fos, but apparantly they are able to impose large fines and watching you already.
Conflict within your own team it seams as to what you do.
Do not speak to this company over the phone unless recording the conversation or in writing.
