Alan Goldin rented me a house overun with rats & a cat! In addition it was filthy & had several major leaks. He said it was a luxury rental & charged £2700 per month. He refused to give me my deposit & rent advance payment back & hid behind his lawyer saying I had to move in. After paying the rent till Aug. I refused to pay again after that due to the disrepair. We are now in court with the landlords to recover our costs. This owner has no sense of concern for the well being of his tennants. I agree with Bob Mac's comments.
