They seem like a good company from the offset - how wrong were we. This company illegally keeps customers credit card details and then process payments on them at a later date fraudulently. They are not PCI compliant, even though all companies have to be in order to keep their service provider. We have reported this company to their provider (Barclaycard) so hopefully they will have their credit card facilities withdrawn. Their staff are rude.
