This must be the worst company in the world. We bought our kitchen last July 2010 and we are still waiting for the correct cupboards and corner post we have made many many phone calls and they made lots of promises and then they changed their minds we are still trying to get our cupboards exchange as they are missed shaped, they told us because we had made them up they could not exchange them (silly billy's how would we know they were missed shapes if we had't tried to build them). The rep who sold us our kitchen came out and agreed that the cupboards were machined wrong and he would arrange new cupboards.We phone them nearly everyday and just get fobbed off with lots of lies. Now they will not even answer the phone to us. Please please don't get caught by their cheep prices, you will pay for it in the long run with endless phone calls day's off waiting for deliveries that will never come. Or the goods are not on the van.
I was wondering if anyone had bought a kitchen from this company and had a different address for them but still in Olham. We know that the address they give you in Blackpool is just a showroom and that they are based in Oldham.
We have tried taking this to court but we are getting court papers back claiming not at this address.
Anyone know anything then please let me know.

Please If you read these.... 99% of these posts your reading really are true and the ones who 'got a really nice kitchen' well they are either very lucky people ( and i mean extremely lucky) or they have something to do with the company!
Bought a kitchen from 'Kitchens now for £2050. fabulous price comparing to the £4 - £10 grand quotes we were getting else where. There really is a reason for this. Delivery was made on time although i was pushed to actually have it delivered, Delivery driver looked like he had just been dragged through a hedge backwards and was not the best mannered of people.
Everything was there, paid him and off he went.
When the fitters came and opened the first box it was scratched and dented, thought never mind its just the carcus. Opened second box - completely smashed. Third box no predrilled holes or were all in the wrong place.
So we decided to check the doors. All the doors were the wrong order for starters but same colour. before we even noticed that we found scratches on nearly every single door. Some very big and could not be missed.
tried to contact customer support. no answer, no answer no answer.... ooh finally, oh i have a complaint..... Dead line.
so were rang claiming we had a payment to make. someone answered straight away. (strange)
also left an email to the proprietor. 'atif sharriff' 4 month on and no response.
after all that we got no joy from the woman on the phone and she just pretty much told us we were fighting a lost cause and we could not have our money back as they reserve the right to fix the problem withing 20 day????? 20 days!! i didnt have a kitchen in. how could i wait that long. anyway to cut a very very very long story short it has been 4 months now and they contacted me over a month ago sayin they would send out a surveyor to come and look at the kitchen. heard nothing until about a week ago and was on filling out court papers when the surveyor rang. came out and flat out refused to go through the rest of the boxes with me. (its been 3 month i could have smashed them all up if i wanted to but left it for him to go through with me) so now were still no further forward and looks like court proceedings is the next step.
And so much for resolving the problem in 20 days. its been 4 month now and were left with a kitchen that is not fitted (if you saw it youd understand why) and 6K down instead of 2 because we had to buy another kitchen.
If anyone wants to email me feel free and il let ya know how things are going for us etc.

(oh and anyone claiming over the phone that vance miller is nothing to do with the company. I have proof on video from the surveyor who works for them saying that he is the owner)
We bought a Kitchen Dreams kitchen. More fool us!!!! As I've wrote before , stay well clear.After much letter writing and trips to our local courts we have finally got our money back. If you are in the same position we were ie lousey kitchen and no refund, stay with it. Take them to court. It will take a while but don't be put off. Kitchen Dreams will try everything in their power to make you think it's hopeless. They even tried twice to take our case back to court on some stupid techincality. The 2nd time it was dismissed. Oldham Baliffs office are very helpful and are aware of this company of old. So take my advice, with a lot of patience it's worth it.
Do not use this company. i ordered a kitchen off them which was delivered last week we checked all the boxes off on the list but when the fitters opened the boxes everybox had an oven housing inside. we immediatly called them and was continually put through to customer service who never actually anwsered the phone and cut you off after 3 minutes tried to talk to the girl on the switchboard but she wouldnt listen. i eventually got hold of the jindi the designer and he said he had never heard of the company being like this and call me back of course i never recieved a call back and have since left him numarous missed called and anwser phone messages. i am now left with an empty kitchen and £1000 down and oven housings instead off any units. please avoid this so called company
just had a kitchen delivered from these guys at the kitchen factory in hull.Spent fourteen hundred quid on it and so far everything looks fine.I was quoted over three grand from b and q for same thing so watch this space and if you dont hear any more from me then it means that i got a bargain but if not then i will be back.
Don't use this company! I was given the contact details by a friend at work who had just ordered her new kitchen, so was unaware of what the compnay was like, however her compnay name was given as Simply Kitchens. I ordered with kitchens now. When you call you will either be greeted with switchboard or just a hello, I have wasted hours trying to contact them by phone, you are left hanging on or if you do get through and they say that they will transfer you, you will be left ringing for at least 3 mins, then you will be cut off. Customers Services (should be renamed, no service). I ordered what I was told was a £5000 kitchen and recieved a 52% discount the amount I had to pay was £2,300, which I thought was a good deal. I was told that they can do it this this price due to the volumes that they purchase. I was not left a business card by the designer, but I requested his telephone number. He would not accept a cheque as a deposit, I did not have cash in the house, so he drove me to a cash point. In the next week I left 3 seperate voicemail messages for him as I has some questions about the kitchen and the layout, Jindi never bothered to call me back. Once we finally had a delievery date sorted I was advised that all my kitchen was ready to be delievered. I specifically asked if it was all there and was told yes. In the 5 days before the delievery date, I recieved 3 calls one on a Sunday asking me how paymnent was to be made, on each occasion I confirmed bankers draft.
On the delievery day, my husband recieved a call to say that the solid oak worktops were not in and a 500mm wall unit was missing. I will not bore you with the details, however despite at least 20 calls to the compmany and e-mails. I have not got my itens, however I did hold back £300 in cash when the delievery was made, not sure why I did this as I was going to pay the full amount by bankers draft, but glad that I did or they would owe me even more! I have been told by kitchens Now that they cannot tell me when the other items will be in and to keep my £300 and buy the solid wood work tops elsewhere and the 500mm unit! This is an appauling company their main aim is to rip people off. The kitchen that we did recieved had no holes for any of the the door hinges or shelves and no instuctions. DON'T get caught like us!
simply kitchens are the worst company and i wish i had never paid them, my kitchen has bits missing doors damaged things wrong size, could go on and on ! have waited since may for replacements or a least a phone call, cant get hold of them by phone, call gets cut off constantly, have written and emailed, but sadly still waiting. 60% of the kitchen is no good. hi, where do start i bought a fitted kitchen 1200 quid got me units except 11 doors tryed to ring them but all you get is we,ll get bk to you the delivery guys looked dodgy as hell! im still tryin to get the doors they owe me cant see it like but im glad it wasnt thousands i spent all i can say is they should be stopped before they do more people out of money!ive waited 2 days for them ring me bk to explain them selves im sick of ringin them the only 1 u get sence from is becky and if she,s got sence she should find a decent job! DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE

Bought a kitchen from them for £1,600. What a disgrace. Almost all the 17 doors were faulty, Slide out larder unit has bits missing so won't work. Been told that they don't actually have any doors that fit a 600 larder unit.
Delivered on 26th March, stiil not been
n able to finish it. Only good one in Customer Service is Becky 3.
Sold me too many lengths of work top at £100, won't give me a refund. Had to buy alternative cupboards because I had kitchen fitters waiting to install, won't give me a refund! This list goes on. Mr Miller, if you read this legal action is following! and everyone else, believe me this is a legitimate customer not so called competitors trying to rubbish him, he can do that all by himself!

doors, handels, legs, hinges, worktops,sink and waste, tap, plinths, two glass doors and it looks fantastic.
I do feel as if i have had a champagne kitchen for lemonade money.
looks the same as the b&q (cook&lewis) range but less than half price.
i am sure it had added at least £5000-£7000 on the price of my home, the old one was very dated.
