I think we all know what problems 'customers' have with any company being run by Vance Miller. There are hundreds of us outstanding money from this man. I am planning to create a list of as many people as possible to take to Oldham Court, Oldham Trading Standards and Manchester Police to show what he is being allowed to get away with and hopefully to get everyones money back. I brought a kitchen from Simply Kitchen and the service was absolutely faultless up until the delivery.
I would recommend them to anybody but:
1) They must have experience in planning they own kitchen (the expert planner made mistakes)
2) To take their time to check each item for damage and if is the right item against the order when the kitchen arrive (do not trust any delivery man, the package / box must be open) and pay only when you have everything (if you pay some money toward the invoice you may have to wait up to 21 days or more)
If you follow the above 2 suggestions than you will save a lot of money.
