This is the second time I've used this business and I am continuously impressed with their customer service and speed. The first time I used Trusted PC Tech is when on vacation in Oregon and my laptop started behaving badly. They were able to connect to my laptop through the Hotels Wi-Fi and corrected the problem. This second time is when my home computer seemed to contract a nasty virus that keep giving me pop ups. Again they securely connected to my pc over the internet and was able to diagnose the problems and make the necessary repairs. I love the fact that I am able to be helped immediately when I call and not have to book an appointment and wait for some unknown person to show up at my house. Instant Service equals Instantly Satisfied Customer! And in my case Instantly Satisfied Repeat Customer. :)

After a disappointing experience with the Geek Squad I was recommended www.TrustedPCTech.com for some virus removal help. I called their Portland location and had one of their technicians connect to my computer over the internet. He diagnosed the problem and quoted me a price. Which was much cheaper than the Geek Squad. Within two hours the Trusted PC Tech had my computer working like new again. All that and I didn't even have to take my computer any place or have a stranger in my home. It was a very easy process. Thanks again.-Barbara R

Normally when I use a service for the first time I tend to end up reaffirming why I normally don't stray from the norm. This happily was not the case when at 9.30PM one evening I needed some help with an infected laptop. But with finals this coming week I needed it for studying. I ran a search on my iphone and found a local business that could help me immediately. After allowing them to connect to my pc over the internet and diagnose my infection. The technician verified that I was indeed suffering from a virus but could also use a tune-up to speed it up. He also stated that he could remove the virus for $79 and would throw in the tune-up for free. I was impressed. I was able to pay by credit card or paypal and as soon as that went through he got started. I walked away and allowed the technician to control my computer over the internet and by the time I had a snack and watched some tv it was complete. The tech then called me back and explained what he did to correct the issue and some recommendations to help keep it from becoming reinfected. He also installed a self managing antivirus (for Free I might add) that updates it automatically because the one I had was expired. All in all I was thoroughly impressed with the concern this technician had for me and my personal online security. I must say I will be recommending this service to my friends and family. Thanks again. -Jeff Kinear

I am a very happy customer. I had Trusted PC Tech connect to my laptop computer earlier today and remove some viruses. I called them asked about the cost and told the fella I spoke to about the pop ups. He then told me on how he could connect to my computer thru the internet and fix it for $80. He cured my viruses in 2 hours and gave me a free "tune-up". I paid by Visa and was immediately sent an invoice by email. My computer is running like it was new again. Thanks guys.
