I joined in 2007 and they were ok BUT then I and others complained about the constant cancelling of classes, closed pool, low level fitness instruction and the manager wouldnt listen or acknowledge. In 2009 / 10 they told me they were increasing fees and I decided to leave. Since then, even though i wrote and phoned, they have threatened, used ARC debt collectors, soliciters they still took money from my account and now threatening me. Thanks goodness for Concumer Advice website and phone line supporting me. L.A fitness are bullies, money grabbing, vile company with no customer service, no integrity. Warn others about this shoddy company. The Heath and Regent Park are now the fitness places for me. Dont let them buuly you, get in touch with Consumer Advice line.
