DPDS Distribution are also known as locost distribtion should definatly be avoided. This company will take your money but not deliver your leaflets yet claim to have done so when clearly they havent i got ripped off of £225 for the non delivery of 5,000 flyers i have since found out im not the only one either there are lots of similar cases to mine and they are currently being investegated by gloustershire trading standards. I have wrote to locost demanding my money back and after a few letters back and forth of them claiming they have done nothing wrong they have offered me half my money back so far i am still in dispute with them i am totally discusted with this company and can not believe they can be so dishonest and think they can get away with it. Never ever again would i trust this company to deliver my flyers.
DPDS did not deliver my 4,000 leaflets. I asked for specific area's to be delivered to (highlighting the area's on a map). When the job was finished it took them over a week to get me the checkback delivery report. (Their contract says you have to report non-deliveries within 7 days - so they said it's too late). Most roads on the report were outside the requested delivery area. When asked why did you deliver there? I was told that the requested area's were delivered to and then the remaining leaflets were delivered to just outside the boarders. I knocked on a whole road which was written on the checkback report, and all the people who answered the door said they did not get it. Also I know over 300 people in the requested areas, and they have all said they have not got it.
