I attended an interview in Leeds and after two weeks of Billy at Shine saying he'd not heard from the employer I wrote off the position. I was disappionted not to have received some feedback. Nearly four weeks to the date of the interview I then receive a call direct from teh employer who said that they'd contacted Billy the next day saying I was a stong candidate and was in the shortlist. I then spoke with Billy who claimed not to have heard from the employer.
I attended another interview for another employer in Leeds only it had been cancelled! I immediately phoned Billy who claimed to have eamiled cancellation details but I never received that email. I asked him on three occasions to forward the alleged email but it was never received. Quite why Billy at Shine acted in such an unprofessional and spiteful manner is for his own conscience whcih I suggested he examine! I would not recommend Shine to anyone.Do I have anything positive to say about Shine Recruitment err, No!
