I asked for IT support and advice etc. Wisebusiness didn't go through any contract documentation and didn't go through their fees; lesson learned! I paid a substantial amount of money to this business for very little in return. Fran Fox was extremley slow (trust me, she was tediously slow), kept asking for information that I'd provided her at least three occasions; it really was a very draining experience. When I attempted to move from them Robert Milsom advised I was tied in for 12 months and that in any event I'd have to pay £60 plus VAT to move to another provider!!! He appeared to gloat at this point and became verbally abusive and was bullying and was very aggressive. Fortunately becase I was speaking with him on the phone I disconneted the call. No one should have to tolerate such verbal abuse, and I was a client!
I then found out that they could have advised a much cheaper web package for my business needs, but chose instead to offer me something much more expensive. Do I have anything positive to say about Wisebusiness - absolutely not!
Naturally, I would never recommend Wisebusiness to anyone. I have since met a very good web lady who is very knowledgeable, offers a good prompt service.
