Amazed to read this review. Nothing like my experience. First class service and excellent product. If I had a problem I have every confidence the staff would have done their utmost to sort it.

The frame delivery time given was 4-6 days. My frame arrived after ten days.I was forced to telephone them on two occassions. The attitude of the staff was absolutely disgusting, they were completely disineterested in my complaint and very matter-of-fact. They seemed to think I did not have any right to complain about their wonderful company. The woman I spoke to suggested that if I wasn't happy about the delivery that I should make a complaint to the courier company, ''nothing to do with our company'' she said. It was their frame Iordered and their courier is their concern, of course it had everything to do with them. I am extremely annoyed that I am not able to enter this painting into an art competition because the frame did not arrive when I was told it was going to arrive, I have now missed the deadline.I am even more upset at the unbelievably bad customer service. In 1 week I sent them 15 emails asking when my frame was going to arrive and I did not receive a single response to any of them. I would advise anyone interested in ordering a frame on-line to avoid this company at all cost. I have never encountered any etailer as bad as this in 12 years on the net.
