A Warning about this company. Telephone number : 01623-422020, they also use freephone numbers as well, and operate under TV Ariels and other company names.NEVER use this company to install ariels cabling anything to do with tv's. They have installed ariels amplifers, cabling etc. 4 times they have come to my house, and every time they have messed it up.They make appointments they cannot keep, lie when engineers are coming and never turn up. They lie about their own work. Their warranty is worthless, their unprofessional manner is a joke. This company is based in Mansfield so I have been informed, but advertise in yellow pages nationwide but cannot provide a satisfactory workmanship. The other day the engineer came to my house. The engineer stated he had never been to my address before. My wife was watching from a safe distance. She told me that this was the gentleman that had fitted the ariel. The engineer stated he had never put the ariel up, but it was the same engineer who had put my mother-in-laws ariel up 8 months ago. The engineer would not check the ariel or anything without seeing their own invoice, put I said your company should have the relevant infomation, but know it was up to us to provide them because they don't keep records, ha, yeah right. Do not give out any payment details to this company, they seem to disappear down a black hole. Now my wife are getting another company out to do the work at yet more cost. please please don't use them, they never fulfill their promises.
