this company are frankly a disgrace, if you are thinking of buying a property that is managed by this little lot then please really do think twice before purchasing it. they are extremely unhelpful when you have an issue and they take forever to do any repairs to the buildings they own,they are also well renown for doing side deals with external parties to aid themselves financially. really do think twice before purchasing any property that NCHA have any involvement in
