I had been taking my car to Gigglepin for over four yrs. At first the service I received was pretty good but after they expanded, the levels of service dropped substantially. I was always promised a return call which never came, always felt fobbed off, was told that incorrect parts had been delivered etc> I know I am not the first to complain about the lack of customer focus with them. I would have expected a little more considering the amount of money I have spent with them over the years. Its the old saying of monkeys and peanuts. Its a main dealer for me now!!
