A good dependable firm on the face of it, however their after sales service is not good. I had a problem with an exterior patio door lock which meant that the door could not be locked at night.
The best Anglian could offer me was a repair date 11 days later, however they could offer an 'emergency' repair service for £148. Anglian will have no more business from me.
