They sent the wrong item and refused to correct the problem. They told me I need to pay a 15% restocking fee, even though they are the ones that made the mistake.
I ordered a watch from their website. When I finally receieved my order, I found out that they sent the wrong item. I sent pictures of the item that they sent and pictures of the item that I ordered. They insist that they sent the correct item, even though on my invoice it shows what model I ordered. They still cant tell the difference. They told me to send the item back but I would need to pay a 15% restocking fee, which isnt even mentioned on their return policy on their website. They also told me to pay for the shipping back to them, even though they are the ones that made the mistake and sent the wrong item. It was also difficult communicating with then because their English is very poor because apparently they are based out of China. I will never ever buy anything from them again. Be careful with this company.
