i went recently to a bowling alley called BUGSIES in margate with my 2 granchildren aged 12 and 7 also with my partner who is disabled and uses crutches . Not only was there NOT acces for disabled people apart from 10 steps up , which my partner finds very difficult . My daughter was having a party on the day.. so obviously I was invited . We asked for food for the youngest child waited over 30 mins for a bag of chips . We ordered 2 half pints of beer that was OFF smelt like dirty dish cloth , I took it back and asked for another which tasted the same so I asked for a refund and they called this guy out from the back who swore at my chandchild ( 7yrs )telling her to f..k off which she replyed hey Im only 7 and started crying because of his remark to her. as I had waited over 30 minutes for her chips but they where clearly serving others with meals I asked for a refund the person working in this restaurant thew the money at us stormed off to tell the guy who swore at my grandchild , he came over as I was going back to my daughters engagement party and shouted at me " you cant go there" which I ignored as the children wanted to say bye to their mum before I took them home then as I was leaving my daughters engagement party he called some guy that kinda looked like a security guard of some sort who was rude to all of us again as we were leaving my partner strugling to get back down the steps . I put 1 middle finger up at him and he shouted at us " cor your fu..king hard ( being a 51 yearold woman waiting for a knee operation . I was hardly going to run back up the steps and punch him!!! then the guy who swore at my 7 year old grandchild shouted at us get out your BARRED. I thought this rather strange as I / we had done nothing wrong my grandchildre were both crying as we left ..it took me and my partner some time to cheer them up and telling them we had done nothing wrong and they were not to worry about the nasty rude man . I would also say only 1 out of the 3 ladies toilets was working the other 2 were blocked with tissue and the flusher did not work ( 1 I saw blood ). there was no tissue no hot water the whole place was sticky and very dirty I would not recommend this bowling/ cafe / function room to any body . this place should be avoided at all costs its not fit to have any parties for children or adults . Its discusting . and this is not the first time this guy has shouted at myself or my partner. I hope they get closed down the sooner the better .
