I am totally gobsmacked that this company can be allowed to trade and I am definately suing them for my costs back.
The designer was lovely, good start, different name to the people I was expecting but nice chap who had been with the company just a month but loved that he had fitted his own kitchen thru these and even showed us pics of it...though it wasnt finished, upoin reflection, i guess because they hadnt sent everything.
The delivery call came , so bloody rude, then after a 5 minute discussion i told her she was rude and i explained if she carrie don this way, i would perminate the call, i did, she called back FOUR times, each time elaving a voice mail asking sarcastically why i wasnt answering? 'Have I upset you? oh dear, are you upset etc etc..WHAT??
SO the kithcen arrives, loads of it missing, cannot get hold of customer services AT ALL, tried six times and the rude bitches on the reception just say all i can do is try and put you thru and then cut you short and put you thru, i have given up.
I will sue these people, it looks as tho many have won and i am told by the designer(who designed the sizes wrong on the cupboards)that he has had nothing but complaints and is thinking fo leaving..WHAT???

I paid just £2500 for my kitchen and appliances I we recived by the date specified there were a couple of problems with some items which were sent back I rang the call centre in the evening and it was sorted it took a little while to get through but they were quite helpful. The replacement items were sent to us within a couple of weeks. My kitchen is now full installed and looks very nice. A few little hiccups when we installed it regarding things not machined properly but we sorted that out for the price of the kitchen I am really pleased with what I got. If you expect a kitchen of B&Q standards where you will fit it in a day you wont get it you need time and patience but when its done it looks lovely..
