Allweather Roofline Ltd. Doncaster.
As with other comments, I have no fault with the product or the fitters etc. It is the aftersales service which is appalling. The advertising sign, to which I had no objection was left for almost 3 months despite my being told that it would be there for a maximum of 2 weeks! After repeated phone calls & emails, it was finally removed. However, it had been glued to the gable of my house and there are 8 patches of adhesive, some 3 inches in diameter, left from where they had glued the board to the wall, disfiguring the brickwork. I have again rung and faxed com-plaints with, as yet, no result. My next step is to take legal action to make good the damage to the brickwork and also claim for 12 weeks advertising!
Got a quote from this company for some windows. They took a deposit and then I heard nothing!
I gave them a call and was told that the job was underpriced and that the work was not going to go ahead!!!
While negotiating the price I mentioned a company (polyframe) that had previously quoted a price (£100 less than I agreed to pay them) and failed to deliver after paying them a deposit, I was assured that this wouldn't happen! (polyframe also assured this).
They have completely wasted my time and it took me a considerable effort to get my deposit back.
If on person learns not to bother with this company then writing this was worth my time. Avoid this company!
