Kind of agree with some of the other comments, mixed expierence really
ex mfi gear cheap as chips and appaling service. as one respondent said he saved 10k on the rip of merchants out there and there are many so if you accept it massivly cheap and the fact that you can probably buy missing bits from ebay/ b and q , then its actually a bargain.
my only advice is when it comeds to delivery dont hand over any green backs until you are sure you have everything you need to build the kitchen.
Do not be tempted to order a kitchen from this company. We did and we regret it every single day. Our kitchen was delivered in early June but we were sent mis-matched doors including those from other ranges, damaged doors that had actually been marked up as damaged with crayon in the factory. There were many missing items that should have been in the delivery - sink waste, hinges, end panels, cornice etc. Trying to get through to customer services is impossible. You can get through to the switchboard operators but they can do nothing but put you through to customer services but customer services do not answer their phones and your call eventually times out and the line goes dead. I have tried emailing to no effect. I have left my number but no one returns my call. The Keighley News ran an article about Simply Kitchens and the many people who have reported them to West Yorkshire Trading Standards (you can find the article online dated 8th July by Lisa Campbell).
After telephoning every 5 minutes for five hours one evening I did eventually get through and was told a replacement delivery would be made. Two weeks later that delivery turned up. Same old problem - damaged doors, mis-matched items, missing items. I am still no nearer to completing my kitchen and it has been 2 months now since I took the initial delivery and parted with my money.
The goal posts change each time I manage to talk to someone. Davinia told me the replacement items to replace the incorrect/damaged replacement items would be delivered by courier 'within 3 working days'. The next girl I spoke to said 21 working days! You can't believe anything they tell you.
In view of all multitude of critical comments on this site combined with the cases reported to West Yorkshire Trading Standards I find it difficult to believe anyone who says everything has gone well and they have their kitchen. I do wonder who these people are.
If I can offer one piece of advice to anyone thinking of buying from any of the companies listed above (they are all one and the same) it would be 'don't even think about it'. Hang on to your money and count your blessings that this site exists to warn you off.
