Don`t waste your time, they failed to apply the required due care and attention to the evidence I supplied and ignored the most serious of complaints against a Bank that had ignored the Banking Code and applied an unequitable correction to their error, they got dates and amounts incorrect or out of sequence, actually contradicted written evidence in favour of the Bank even got my address incorrect and it took them two years to also fail to apply an equitable correction to a Banks error.
Most Companies if complained to that they had failed to apply the required due care and attention would investigate matters - not the FSO
