Just got my money back via my Bank, had to send proof from MCR saying they'd send the goods. This company know what they're doing as they only send the invoice. I only have expletives left to describe this situation.
Ordered engine 14th July (£750), never arrived. They claimed it was sent back by courier. Since then on the rare occasions I've been able to contact them (08007797219) they've lied to me or laughed at me. They've been saying for 3 weeks a refund is on the way. I am now in touch with Trading Standards and my Bank who are helping me. Do not deal, you have been warned!
Bought car engine 5/07/10 for £770 had to wait 10 days for delivery which then did not turn up excuse was got damaged in delivery 5 days after delivery date, asked for refund on 21/07/10 said they would do it by friday as it takes 2 days, phoned them on mon they said it would take further 5 days as of today, day 7 no refund, my bank is now going to investigate transaction, and reporting to police and trading standards. if you want an engine find somewhere else do not use mcr motor repairs you been warned
