I am extremely disappointed with this company. I booked a home study course with them two months ago, only to find out recently that the course is so out-of-date that I can no longer sit the exams. (It's an RHS Advanced Level 3 Certificate, the RHS are withdrawing the exams as of September this year so I have no chance to sit them, and are now offering completely new Level 3 certificates.) All the hard work I've put in so far is completely wasted and even worse, this company are still selling the courses! I'm at a loss as to what to do next. They won't give me a refund, even though it was an extremely expensive course, so I can't pay for one of the new Level 3 courses from a proper college. Avoid this lot like the plague, they really don't care about their students at all!
