these guys recently entered the property development market. my aunt of 79 bought a house which was riddled with defects.couldnt get them back to fix anything.they thought she was an easy pushover.they sold her house at big discount as they were in financial difficulties and i believe have since ceased trading!NHBC allegedly suspended their registration.a friend of the company rents a house out on development which is a house of ill repute!they failed to take action on this also. need i go on????
stay away from this company!!!!!or their houses!!
