Just received my wiper blades from these guys, for my Ford Focus ST. The aero vu blades really do clean the screen well, only £9.99 a pair too!!

I have used this company several times in the past 2 years and cannot fault them at all.

The products, prices & staff are all great, highly recommended to anyone looking for reliable car parts.

On the 27/07/2010 i purchased two spark plugs for my motorcycle a RD350LC from ACEPARTS through their ebay account. Te parts were advertisied as suitable for a RD350LC and as such this was the reason i purchased them. The items arrived quickly and as such believing i was dealing with a reputable company i fitted them. I soon became aware that the spark plugs were incorrect and contacted ACEPARTS on the 13/08/2010. I spoke to one of the coustomer servie personal and upon checking it was discovered that the items were in fact not correct. I explained that i had used the items but as such the ACEPARTS had advertised incorrectly and as such was their mistake. I requested the correct items be dispatched and suggested they correct their ebay account as it was giving false information. I was then passed over to the manager who i again had to impart all this information to again. She stated that as i had used the items she could only offer a discount on the postage if new spark plugs were dispatched. I stated that was not acceptable as the mistake was theirs for advertising incorrectly. This is when she hung up on me. I called back again and again the phone was hung up on me. I called again and did speak with the manager again and enquired why she had hung up on me twice, she stated she only hung up once. I explained i was only trying to point out a error on their part in advertising a product incorrectly. She then stated i would get a full refund but would also be barred from using any of ACEPARTRS three company's. I enquired why ?? to which i got no reply. I asked that instead of the refund could she just send me the correct spark plugs , she stated No.
This is a company with a very poor coustomer attitude and very unprofessional one to give a miss.
