i cancelled my agreement with moneyworries in january and have asked for the things to be returned by emails and letters and have not recieved any and they sentme a letter on the 17 july saying i would get my refund within 30 days and we are now 43 days on and nothing and each time i ring it is another excuse as a disabled person i find it difficult to go and get help they have destroyed the things sent them which i find uusual as they are personal documents they are useless
